APN Verification

Every property we sell comes with an APN, which stands for Assessor’s Parcel Number. This number is assigned by the county and acts like the property’s unique fingerprint. With it, you can instantly look up the parcel directly in the county’s public records.

To make things easy, each of our listings includes a direct link to the county’s online lookup system. Simply copy the APN from the property page, paste it into the county search, and you can view the exact information we see as professional land investors.

This is how you can independently verify:

  • Titan Land is the owner of record

  • Location and map boundaries

  • Acreage and dimensions

  • Zoning and allowed uses

  • Taxes, status, and any additional details the county provides
