Here’s how it works: Some buyers move quickly to secure a property before someone else does, even before they’ve had the chance to visit it in person. Our 90-Day Guarantee lets you purchase with total confidence — if you visit the property and decide it’s not the right fit, you can cancel within 90 days and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
While this situation is rare — since we carefully select every parcel we sell — we want every buyer to feel 100% comfortable with their purchase. Our guarantee makes sure you never have to second-guess your decision.
If you purchase a property from us and later decide it’s not the right fit, simply let us know. We’ll either refund the principal you’ve paid* or help you exchange it for another property in our inventory that better matches your needs.

*For owner-financed purchases, we’ll refund your down payment and any loan principal paid or apply that amount toward another property of your choice. Fees such as closing costs, document fees, or taxes are non-refundable. Any late or missed payments during the 90-day period will void this guarantee. This policy does not apply to cash sales. This guarantee applies only to purchases where total payments are $500 or less. Purchases with total payments exceeding $500 are not eligible for this guarantee, and no refunds will be issued.
