You can purchase any of our properties through easy Owner Financing with affordable monthly payments, or choose a cash purchase for a discounted price. There are no credit checks, no hidden fees, and no prepayment penalties—just a straightforward process designed to make land ownership simple.
If you can handle the deposit and monthly payment, you’re approved.
CASH PURCHASES
To reserve a property with a credit or debit card, simply use the link on the property page and let us know you’d like to take advantage of the cash price.
Once your deposit is received, we’ll send you a purchase agreement electronically through SignWell.com for your review and signature. The remaining balance is due within one week by wire transfer or certified bank check.
After your full payment clears, we’ll prepare and notarize your Deed and submit it to the County Recorder for official recording. Once it’s recorded, we’ll send you a digital copy of the recorded deed for your records. That’s it — the land is yours, free and clear!
Owner Financing Purchases
To reserve a property, simply use the “Buy Now” link on the property page to pay with a credit or debit card, or call us directly if you’d rather complete your purchase over the phone. If you’d like to put more money down or shorten the loan term, just let us know — we can easily design a custom payment plan that fits your goals. Larger down payments and shorter loan lengths always reduce your total cost.
Once we receive your deposit, we’ll prepare your purchase documents with all the details included. Within about 24-48 hours, you’ll receive them electronically through SignWell.com for secure review and signature. Your first monthly payment will be automatically drafted from your bank account about 30 days after your deposit, then continue on the same day each month through our automated billing system.
After your documents are signed, we’ll activate your loan in our online loan portal. You’ll receive an email with login access where you can view your balance, make additional payments, download receipts, and monitor your account 24/7. This system makes it easy to stay informed while we handle the details. And of course, you can always reach us by call, text, or email anytime.
There are no prepayment penalties — you’re free to make extra payments or pay off your balance in full whenever you choose.
Once your payments are complete or full payment is received and cleared, we’ll prepare and notarize your Deed transferring ownership to you. We’ll then record it with the County Recorder and send you the official recorded deed for your records. That’s it — the land is yours!
*** Notice: we require the property to be paid off and deed transferred to you before you make any improvements (build) or live on the land. There is no prepayment penalty so you can pay it off as early as you like.
